Lloyd's story is one you don't want to miss - from the rural farmlands of Gokwe, Zimbabwe to one of the most prestigious institutes in America, MIT.Lloyd holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the College of St. Scholastica in Minnesota and completed his Ph.D. in Organometallic Chemistry at the University of Rochester in New York.
Lloyd is now dedicated in developing a deep interest in advocating for and supporting the professional success of scientists from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds.Lloyd shares details on his practical approach, his constant dedication to improve and develop and knows that change will occur if you continue to expand your horizons, your knowledge and share the journey with the ones you love.
